The Society operates a unique scheme to set up Memorials in the name of one's departed near and dear ones. The scheme enables the donors to ensure for ever the most proper utilization of the funds donated by them for the purpose. Its main features are;
The society denominates the Memorial Scholarship/ Award in the name of the person whose memory is to be perpetuated and assigns it for being given on perennial / Perpetual basis, to a needy intelligent student of any course studyng in any recognized institution.
The amount per month of the scholarship to be set up is determined on the basis of the. donation made by the donor for the purpose. For a one time donation of Rs. 20,000/The society undertakes to grant a / perpetual basis. Any increase in The donation amount leads to a proportionate increase in the quantum of scholarship. For example against a donation of Rs. 100000/- the amount of scholarship payable will go upto Rs. 600/- per month. The donation amount forms a part of the capital corpus of the society for meeting the scholars liability for ever.
Details of the memorial set up, accompanied with a photograph of the departed soul, the name and address of the donor, amount of scholarship and the donation made are printed in the Souvenir of the Society in the year of its in the set up. Subsequently this information appears in the consolidated list memorials set up, published in the souvenir every year.
The denominations of scholarships are communicated to the institution where the students are studying and vice versa the detailed particulars of students are communicated to the donors.
